We're looking for a Structural Fitter/Welder to join our shop team and help build the backbone of our engineered systems. If you take pride in clean welds, accurate fit-up, and solid craftsmanship, this could be your next great move.

What You'll Do:

• Weld structural components and non-code vessels using FCAW and GMAW
• Fit and assemble structural skids and platforms according to drawings
• Read and follow weld procedures, WPSs, and fabrication specs
• Perform weld repairs, carbon arc gouging, and oxy-fuel cutting
• Help maintain job flow, safety, and housekeeping on the floor
• Collaborate with leads and fellow fitters to keep builds on schedule

Requirements

• Experience fitting and welding structural components in a fabrication shop
• Ability to pass FCAW/GMAW weld tests on multiple WPSs
• Familiarity with layout, fit-up, and weld sequencing
• Solid knowledge of shop drawings and welding standards
• Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in workmanship
