Salesforce Administrator (with Development Experience) Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in both administration and development to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This hybrid role requires a self-motivated professional who can work across departments to maintain, enhance, and expand our Salesforce platform-including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service-while also contributing to development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules. Perform routine system administration tasks, including data management, user access, and security configuration. Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Support the development and rollout of new features and enhancements using declarative tools and custom code when necessary. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Train and support end-users, promoting best practices and system adoption across departments. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend applicable features and improvements. Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification required. 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder). Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
