Your job We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Physical Security to lead and enhance our global physical security program. This role is responsible for securing 30 office locations worldwide, including a 24/7 Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC), and guarding programs. The scope includes physical security operations, threat intelligence, emergency response, executive protection, and contractor management. The ideal candidate will drive a risk-based, business-aligned approach to physical security, ensuring the safety of our employees, protection of company assets, and continuity of operations. Who you are Manage physical security operations across 30 global offices, including a 24/7 PSOC, and on-site guarding programs. Lead a high-performing team of physical security analysts and third-party contractors, with a focus on performance management and operational excellence. Develop and implement a scalable physical security strategy aligned with business growth and evolving threats. Standardize documentation, policies, and KPIs to drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee incident planning and response for a wide range of threats, including workplace violence, natural disasters, executive risks, and online threats to personnel. Partner with Facilities, Legal, HR, IT Security, and Compliance teams to embed physical security into core business operations. Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budgets to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery. Who we are Bachelor degree: Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Computer Security 8+ years of experience in physical security or corporate security with at least 5+ years of management experience Proven expertise in security operations, crisis management, and risk mitigation in a global environment Experience managing contracted PSOC and guard force services Exceptional knowledge of security technology, access controls, surveillance systems, and emergency response frameworks Demonstrated success in developing scalable security processes, improving documentation, and implementing performance metrics Excellent partner management skills, with the ability to engage at executive leadership levels Education Requirement : Bachelor degree: Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Computer Security Our mission As the world’s number 1 job site*, our mission is to help people get jobs. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
