Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead transformation of the early customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in reimagining how we onboard and support therapists—sometimes starting from scratch, sometimes leveling up what already exists. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing and Product to launch bold experiments and unlock meaningful impact. Your work will play a key role in setting therapists up for success in navigating the Alma product, so that they can focus on delivering quality mental health care. What you’ll do: Own and elevate the early customer journey, encouraging early tool adoption and building habits that stick Build collaborative relationships across multiple teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure smooth handoffs from prospect to customer, and influence how we evolve this experience over time Lead with experimentation, helping our team to develop scalable experimentation frameworks that drive impact Create and document new processes as needed, as you set precedent for how the Lifecycle team uses some of the new tools in our toolbelt (CDP, in-app messaging) Partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to shape quarterly priorities and annual roadmaps, with a focus on measurable outcomes and mid-long term growth Think creatively and with discipline to find low-lift, high-impact activities that drive your metrics forward, even evolving your KPIs based on the opportunities that you surface Who you are: You have 4-6 years of lifecycle marketing experience, as a hands-on builder of multi-channel strategy and programs (product-led growth experience is a plus) You know your way around marketing automation tools (we use Marketo) and have experience influencing new channel usage based on evolving business needs You’ve built testing strategies and measurement frameworks that drive real, incremental results—and you can speak to your successes You know how to size up new opportunities and can confidently turn a long list of ideas into a focused, high-impact roadmap You speak both Marketing and Product fluently, building trusting relationships across teams and effectively communicating the impact of your work You approach new challenges with a mindset of resilience, confidence, and creativity Benefits: We’re a remote-first company Health insurance plans through Aetna (medical and dental) and MetLife (vision), including FSA and HSA plans 401K plan (ADP) Monthly therapy and wellness stipends Monthly co-working space membership stipend Monthly work-from-home stipend Financial wellness benefits through Northstar Pet discount program through United Pet Care Financial perks and rewards through BenefitHub EAP access through Aetna One-time home office stipend to set up your home office Comprehensive parental leave plans 11 paid holidays, 1 Alma Mental Health Day, and 1 Alma Volunteering Day Flexible PTO Salary Band: $139,000 - $198,000 Alma’s compensation philosophy is driven by our company value of building equity.
