We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This role is an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a variety of construction projects, with a particular focus on Data Center construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project completion, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative construction projects and to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include

• Managing the planning and design of Large Scale construction projects.
• Overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring adherence to quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Analyzing, managing and mitigating risks.
• Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
• Reporting on project progress, risks/issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Developing and managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead a team to deliver project objectives.
• Excellent knowledge of construction project management processes, means and methods.
• Proficiency in construction management software packages.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction and project management software programs.
• Ability to plan and see the big picture.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
