This role involves working closely with the internship program team to facilitate the recruitment and application review process for undergraduate research interns across various research labs at the company. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the internship program team to understand the specific needs and requirements for the internship program. Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers. Facilitate the application review process, coordinate with reviewers and ensuring timely feedback. Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and provide regular updates to the intern program team.
