New Albany Country Club is a premier, full service, family oriented private country club dedicated to the enjoyment of our Members and their families. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated, driven individual to join our team of Fitness Professionals. This individual will develop and implement specialized training programs for members ensuring fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun. May also conduct group fitness classes. Schedule Personal training hours may be assigned anytime between 5:30 am to 8:00 pm on Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. This is a part-time position that requires 30 - 60 days of included fitness attendant hours. Personal Trainer Qualifications Must have a passion for fitness (seeking a degree in exercise science or a similar field is a plus) First Aid / CPR / AED Basic knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology Knowledge of fitness equipment operation Must be outgoing and have excellent customer service skills Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields Ability to train at all fitness levels Ability to build rapport with members Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA, ACE, ACSM or similar) Benefits: Hourly Rate (plus commission) and free employee meals No Floor Fee Established and Engaged membership Adidas uniform provided New Albany Country Club
