Recruiter (Manufacturing) – Contract-to-Hire

📍 Onsite in Henrico, VA | 💼 Contract-to-Hire | 💰 Up to $40/hr

We’re hiring a high-energy, highly organized Recruiter to support direct hiring at a large manufacturing facility in Henrico, VA . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours and the ability to make an immediate impact.

You’ll help fill a variety of roles—from entry-level machine operators to automation and process technicians, material handlers, and even engineers. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities while keeping things on track, let’s talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage up to 35 direct hire openings across multiple product lines
• Partner with internal HR and multiple hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the pipeline
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews for a wide range of manufacturing roles
• Use ATS tools (Workday experience is a huge plus ) to stay organized
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a high-volume, high-speed environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior recruiting experience—agency or in-house (skilled trades/technical roles preferred)
• Steady work history with a track record of hiring success
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, technician, or engineering roles is a plus
• Familiarity with Workday or other VMS/ATS systems (Kronos experience also a bonus)
• Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Location: 100% onsite in Henrico, VA
• Compensation: Up to $40/hr (Contract-to-Hire)
• Note: This role supports internal hiring—not external agency work
