Position Title: Facility Administrator

Location: North Tenaya Way, Suite , Las Vegas, Nevada

About the Role: Do you have experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR)? Optum Heart and Vascular Center is hiring a Facility Administrator to lead day-to-day operations, support clinical quality, and help drive growth. This role is ideal for a licensed healthcare professional (RN, RT(R), or RCIS) with leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), outpatient surgery, or a multi-site healthcare setting.

In this role, you'll oversee patient safety, staff development, financial performance (P&L), and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Champion: Lead efforts to achieve zero harm and clinical excellence, partnering with medical staff and leadership to meet patient care needs.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Growth & Physician Engagement: Drive growth through new service lines, physician recruitment, and increased provider utilization. Build strong partnerships with physicians, health systems, employers, and payers.
  • Operational & Financial Management: Own full P&L responsibility, lead financial planning, ensure compliance, oversee daily operations, and partner with corporate teams to improve quality, efficiency, and service.

Qualifications

  • Active clinical license required: RN, RT(R), or RCIS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ASC, outpatient surgery, or multi-site healthcare environment.
  • Success in physician engagement, business growth, and operational oversight.
  • Expertise in healthcare quality standards, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
