Paintless Dent Repair Technician

What You'll Do:

  • Cast Spells on Dents: Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers, either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
  • Enchant Customers: Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
  • Train Future Wizards: Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Toughness and Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
  • Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
  • Valid Driver's License: A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
